Ross W. Burnett
Principal

Ross Burnett is a manager and principal of Burnett Haase Construction and Business Properties Group, which he founded with his partner, Chris Haase. Together, they have grown their company to complete more than four million square feet of space with a construction value of more than $125 million. Business Properties Group develops, owns, and manages approximately one million square feet of retail and industrial space in the Las Vegas valley. He and Haase also own 24/Seven Xpress, a growing chain of convenience stores in the Las Vegas valley. Burnett is on the advisory board of Goodwill Industries of Southern Nevada. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has earned two awards from the City of Henderson’s Economic Development Division, and three Spotlight Awards from the National Association of the Industrial and Office Properties for his office-industrial developments. In addition, Burnett Haase Construction constructed baseball fields and a park for Child Haven, a nonprofit home for abused children. He holds a Master’s Degree in construction management.
